This luxurious small zipped bag was designed after hand spinning some gorgeous fibre. The fibre was in an art batt - a great way of combining different coloured/types of fibre into a large roll of fibre which can be spun. I added a touch of hand spun mint green and orange merino too to add some extra colour to the design.
 
The front of the bag was designed using tapestry style weaving on a frame loom. This is a slower weaving process but it allows you make shapes or images with the yarn.

The bag is 10” wide by 8” high. The back of the bag is a natural pure linen. I lined it with Liberty fabric for some extra luxury. A hand made tassel was the finishing touch in coordinating colours.
