I absolutely loved making and designing this rug on my Mirrix tapestry loom.  It's made from Axminster rug wool, which comes in a fantastic range of colours.  
I drew out a templete of abstract shapes and then copied them onto my warp as I went along.  A truly unique and modern design.  
This is a decorative rug and would look great to add a pop of colour to a room - especially a child's room.  It's 2 x 3 feet in size.
New addition to my rugs - an anti slip mat has been hand sewn on to the back of the rug for extra thickness and padding.
