My first tapestry style rug woven on my floor loom.  It's made from Axminster rug wool, which comes in a fantastic range of colours.  I wanted this design to have a neutral tone. 
This is a decorative rug (not meant for heavy use areas) but has a firm weave so is still strong. I think it would look great to add a pop of colour to a room - especially a child's bedroom.  It's 26 x 35 inches plus a 3” fringe. 
Backing:  I have hand sewn an anti slip mat on to the back of this rug so it’s ready to use. 
 
Care:  spot clean
Materials: 80 percent wool/20 percent nylon
